About the group
AlGamma Group brings together three consulting practices. Each works with people at a different stage of life and in a different setting: the family, education, the team and the organization. You can come to us with one question and return later with another.
We look at the whole person and the long term: we solve today’s question while keeping the wider trajectory in view. We work with the individual and their environment at the same time, paying attention to values, relationships, culture and the unconscious dynamics present in every family, team and organization.
